The Value of Education

How much do you value education? What are your biggest obstacles to NOT going on to further education?

If you do not go on to college or a trade school what are your future job goals?

Education is the most valuable thing you can recieve. And it may be the hardest thing to get for most people.

If i was not to furture my education which i wouldnt let happen i would end up working so dead end job that is boring and i can hardly make money.

This new law is absurd and utterly senseless, illogical, and completely racist and allows officers to profile and detain people who they feel is not authorized to be in the country and it should not be allowed due to the amount of non-white citzen who will most likely be the only ones profiled in arizona.”

Teen Issues

What do you think are the top 3 issues faced by teens today (i.e. depression, eating disorders).

Importantly why do you think so.

1. Teens face peer pressure from freinds and others around them; it gets them into trouble and drugs.

2. Teens face stress from school, jobs, and issuses ranging from home and the enviroment they live in.

3. Teens also face drug abuse they use it for enjoyment, to ride of pain, stress, and other problems they face or just to think there cool.

I am coming home early from a party that I just left it is Ten Thirty p.m. I have just been pulled over for running a red light. I feel panicked, but manage to pull over calmly; checking my breath; it smells fine. The officer makes his way to my window, and I roll it down.
Officer Anderson: License and registration, please.
Me: Yes, here you go officer. So what is the reason I have been pulled over?
Officer Anderson: You just ran that red light just a minute ago.
Me: Oh, I am sorry officer, but I could have sworn it turned yellow once I got to the crosswalk. That is my fault; I could not have seen it change.
Officer Anderson: I see; that could be the case. Let me go run these through the computer.
Me: Ok then.
The officer walks over to his patrol car and takes quite a long time to get back. I manage to keep calm and not act out of line. The officer starts to walk, but he does not look too happy.
Officer Anderson: Well everything came out fine, but I am going to have to give you a ticket.
Me: Officer, I have tried my best to keep a clean record; do you think you could overlook over this mistake? I cannot afford to get a ticket; auto insurance is already expensive enough.
Officer Anderson: Well, you do seem to me like a safe driver; I guess I could let you go with a warning.
Me: Thank you so much officer; I appreciate it.
Officer Anderson: At least you are not like the last guy who I pulled over, and whined at me to let him off with a warring.
Me: It is a good thing I am nothing like that. Well, have a good night officer.
Officer Anderson: You too; and drive safely.
Me: I will officer.
